ETHP COVID-19 Assessment Centre and Vaccination Clinics

Updated December 1st, 2021

The electronic scheduler is in real time and will only show available time slots for each shift type separately.

How to join: Prior to booking shifts, please review our “what you need to know” document in-depth, including requirements, your role, code of conduct and how to use the electronic scheduling system. You MUST be credentialed at MGH before booking a shift.

The schedule for MGH Assessment Centre sites runs up to January 6th, 2022 inclusive. The vaccination clinic shifts are released on a weekly basis. Please only sign up for shifts you can work. In the event you unexpectedly cannot attend and need to cancel, follow the instructions in the shift confirmation email you receive for each individual shift booked. Booked shifts, however, will be firm within 5 days prior to start of your shift.

Important Update regarding Physician/NP role at COCs - We are expanding the role of the COCs to include assessment and management of patients with ILI (influenza like illness). You will require access to PowerChart and knowledge on how to use PowerChart prior to working a shift. Please read the following one pager for details our new role and how to access and use PowerChart.
