Re-Fax Referrals Sent to MGH on January 9 and 10, 2024.

  • MGH was experiencing intermittent issues with its fax machines on Tuesday, January 9 and Wednesday, January 10; as a result, some referrals received by fax on these dates may not have completed or are illegible

  • If you faxed a referral to the following MGH departments any time on Tuesday, January 9 and before 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 10, please re-fax the referral at your earliest convenience. MGH will cross-reference the referrals to ensure none are missed:

    • Diagnostic Imaging

    • All Outpatient Clinics, including Mental Health Outpatient and Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic

  • As of Wednesday, January 10 at 11:30 a.m., referrals may be faxed to MGH as normal. If you have any questions, please contact the receiving MGH department or unit.
