About the East Toronto Family Practice Network

The East Toronto Family Practice Network represents the voices of primary care providers in East Toronto and integrates their skills, knowledge, and talents in partnership to support the design and implementation of health systems for the East Toronto community.

EasT-FPN currently has over 240 members and has evolved rapidly since its inception in June 2019, in response to an identified need for a voice from the family practice community and through its subsequent partnership with East Toronto Health Partners.

The EasT-FPN Board of Directors is composed of a diverse group of volunteers who work and/or live in East Toronto and strive to reflect the diversity of family practice and the communities it serves.
