Our Team
The Board of Directors have come together from across the region to incorporate the East Toronto Family Practice Network (EasT-FPN) as a non-profit corporation, as of September 2019.
The vision we will articulate together with as many family practice clinicians as will join - for now, we will follow our Roadmap - of engagement with every family doctor, of community building - to install a full permanent team.
