COVID-19 Positive Patient? We Can Help!

  • NEW! MGH COVID Outcome Assessment Team (COAT): helps assess and treat medically stable COVID-19 positive patients with Paxlovid (oral) therapy and avoid ED.

  • Available daily from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm at MGH Clinical Assessment Centre;

  • Providers can access via SCOPE or direct patients to MGH Assessment Centre.

SCOPE Orthopedic CME - Managing Common Fractures in Primary Care

  • Join us on Thursday, May 5th at 7:00 pm; Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Justues Chang, will review the management of commonly seen fractures, answer your questions, and walk us through the new SCOPE fracture clinic referral pathway.

MGH Diagnostic Imaging Round Table April 27th

  • The Diagnostic Imaging Department at Michael Garron Hospital is hosting a round table discussion about its services with community physicians on April 27, 2022 @ noon. They are looking for feedback to help tailor the referral process to be more efficient and timely. If you are unable to attend but would like to provide feedback please complete the Satisfaction Survey here.

  • Stay tuned for another radiology CME in June, where we will go over the practical aspects of ordering CTs and MRIs, using a case-based approach.

East Toronto Health Partners’ Community Advisory Council is looking for patients and unpaid caregivers from diverse communities who would like to help improve health, social and community services in the area. MOH has announced funding to support primary care offices to deploy new online appointment booking (OAB) solutions to improve patient access and convenience. OAB solutions provide 24/7 access to appointment booking, appointment confirmations, and reminders, which can reduce missed appointments, booking confusion, and decrease the administrative burden. Funding details will be available shortly – stay tuned!

East Toronto Health Partners (ETHP) has officially launched a new website on ethp.ca. You can now explore ETHP’s new service directory (services.ethp.ca), and search more than 1,000 local health, social, and community services in East Toronto.

As we turn our COVID-19 Outreach Centres into Community Resource Centres, our physicians' roles will be expanding. Please complete the brief survey to let us know your interest in the upcoming changes.
