Ocean eReferral is now available in East Toronto - enhancing communication between primary care providers and specialists/organizations and simplifying the referral process. Take a look at the various benefits of eReferral and an introduction to the Ontario e-Service eReferral Program. Close to 150 primary care providers have already taken advantage of eReferral!
