Announcing CaroleLina San Jose, Director, Health Access Taylor-Massey – Integrations and Partnerships at ETHP, and Raju Bains, Director, Integrated Care at MGH

  • We are pleased to share that CaroleLina San Jose is the Director of HATM - Integrations and Partnerships at ETHP. CaroleLina will work with health system partners and the Taylor-Massey community to optimize the services we are able to provide within this community. 

  • We are also pleased to share that Raju Bains is the Director of Integrated Care at MGH. Raju will support many MGH-specific and ETHP priorities to meet the needs of our community.

Community and Specialists Resources

  • Providence Healthcare has launched a new Outpatient Neuro-palliative Care Clinic - please click here for more details and how to refer.

  • Albany Medical Clinic has two new specialists: Dr. Darshan Khangura (Endocrinologist) and Dr. Namratta Ghatahorde (Respirologist) that are accepting Ocean eReferral and continue to take fax referrals. Click here to see their scope of practice and referral information. 

  • ETHP partnered up with other OHTs to launch the Toronto Health and Social Services Directory. We encourage you to share this resource with anyone looking for health, social and community resources in Toronto.

  • MGH will be temporarily closing their pediatric endocrine clinic as of September 2023 until a replacement is found. In the meantime, please send referrals to Dr. Shelby Thompson. Please click here for the temporary closure letter.

  • Through the Sarcoma Services Program, Ontario Health (Cancer Care Ontario) has developed the Soft Tissue Sarcoma Diagnosis Pathway. The pathway can be found here.
