EasT-FPN Expression of Interest!! Due Monday, June 12th

  • EasT-FPN is putting forward an Expression of Interest for funding consideration by the Ministry of Health, to address the disparity in patient access to interprofessional primary care (IPC) resources in East Toronto. 

  • The proposal will include a team of healthcare system navigators to assist primary care practices across East Toronto in supporting priority patient populations. 

  • Click here to see how your patients and clinic can benefit from the proposed IPC resources. Expression of interest in this program is required prior to Monday, June 12th. 

EasT-FPN Board Recruitment 2023 - Call for Nominations

Opportunity to Teach 2nd Year UofT Medical Students

  • Are you a community-based family physician interested in teaching medical students? We are currently recruiting teachers for the "FMLE" (Family Medicine Longitudinal Experience - a 6 half-day clinical experience for all 2nd year medical students at the University of Toronto), and will provide a $600 stipend for your time.
