Webinar: Ontario Structured Psychotherapy

  • Join the 1-hour webinar on Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) program held on November 29, 2022 from 1:00-2:00pm.

Operational Direction for Fall/Winter Surge

  • Ontario Health has provided operational direction for primary care and community support services (page 2) to keep in mind during the fall/winter surge.

  • Emphasis is placed on timely immunization and early identification of patients who would benefit from COVID-19 therapeutics, support for ED diversions, and a focus on preventative care.

  • Ontario Health plans to share additional resources in the near future.

  • Ocean eReferral continues to expand in East Toronto – if you are interested in using Ocean eReferral, please contact the eServices Team: eReferral@ehealthce.ca.

  • Become an EasT-FPN member to receive clinical and practice support, and opportunities to engage with the East Toronto community. Please fill out the Membership application form to become a member.

    • As part of the membership onboarding, members are encouraged to complete the following EasT-FPN Membership Intake Form, to provide us with key practice information, which will inform EasT-FPN program and service planning
