SCOPE Sleep Webinar (November 29th from 8:00-9:30pm)

  • SCOPE, together with sleep physician and psychiatrist Dr. Cara Ooi, would like to invite you to a 1.5 hour webinar to learn an approach to addressing common sleep concerns like insomnia, sleep timing issues, and insufficient sleep.

Toronto Community Hep C Program (TCHCP)

  • The TCHCP is a community-based collaborative care model that provides HCV support, education and treatment to individuals living with or at risk of acquiring Hepatitis C infection.

  • MGH is pleased to announce that the MGH Neurology will begin accepting eReferrals on Ocean effective November 15, 2023. eReferral services include general neurology, pediatric neurology, and EMG (adults only). Please note Rapid Stroke Prevention referrals are not accepted on Ocean at this time. Bookmark MGH Neurology on Ocean, click here to access the ocean health map.

  • Looking for a specialist to refer your patient? Please visit the Specialist and Community Resources page on the EasT-FPN website to find MGH and community specialists for multiple specialties. Please click on the specialty of your choice to jump to that specific section, or scroll down.

  • SCOPE hosted a successful CME on October 5 , 2023. Dr. Hukui, Pediatrician at MGH discussed constipation management, childhood anemia and asthma and chronic cough guidelines. If you missed the session, click here to access the presentation slides.

ETHP is Looking for Individuals Living with COPD and CHF

  • East Toronto Health Partners (ETHP) is working on developing new and improved care pathways for three chronic diseases: Diabetes, Chronic obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), and Chronic heart failure (CHF).

  • To support the development of the COPD and CHF care pathways, ETHP is looking for input from individuals with lived experience of these diseases, especially individuals who have accessed services at MGH.

  • 1 hour interviews will be conducted between Nov 13th and Nov 30th. Participants will be offered a $20 e-gift card for their time.
