Our Mandate

To undertake strategic planning to facilitate family practice clinicians working collaboratively with other providers and participants in East Toronto

To work with other family practice clinicians and providers and participants in East Toronto to undertake systemic quality improvement and to promote patient engagement.

Membership Rights

To receive notices of membership meetings, to be held at least once a year
To elect the directors of the corporation
To receive annual financial statements
To confirm the by-laws and any amendments
To appoint the auditors
To approve special matters such as a change of name, change of mandate, or amalgamation with another organization, as set out in the Corporations Act (Ontario)
